Can anyone tell me why I'm alone
when theres supposed to be a soul mate for everyone
all i want is someone to hold
and for him to know how to love me without being told
we maybe incompatible but i just don't care
all i ask is that you just be there
i just want you in my life
a safe haven to shed my disguise
i want you for me to separate from the rest
to hold you as my own even if that sounds selfish
i want to feel like you love me but say it without words
all i want is a guy who can meet my standards
