What was once love

Hatred that was once pure love.

A love that almost nothing could have got between

But some how, some way something did

I guess the love just wasnt strong enough

I guess someone was on the verge of giving up

Love has to be nurtured.

And this love wasnt

This is the love between mother and child

And somehow it faded

I had nothing to hold on to

You were suppose to get me through it all

But instead you were got me into it all

I forgive you

But I cant take back our past

And even if I could

Im sorry to say it but I wouldn�t

Because it made me who I am today

Im a little bit of you

But you dont see it.

Others do and they dont understand why we arent friends

I use to wonder the same thing

And I would give you another chance over and over again

But Ive been fooled to many times

Sometimes you have to quit chasing after a colorful dream

That only comes in black and white

Im waking up to the reality

It has to end sooner or later.

Later isnt always better.

The later we wait the sooner our hearts will break.

My heart cant take anymore pain

So please stop.

I know the love was once there

But not its hatred on both ends.
