You left me in the dark,
I was left all alone,
There was no one to protect me,

But i guess it was all lies,
I was left in the cold,
And no one to hold,

I thought you loved me,
I thought i meant something,

But I guess I was blind,
How could I be so stupid,
To go and beleive something this crazy,

But I guess i was blind,
I had myself beleving all these lies,
I thought you cared,

I thought you loved me,
I thought you wanted to protect me,
But i guess all love can see is lies.
