Shadow at the night

That night, the sky was bright
The stars were shinning
Showing their outstanding light
And she was looking at that sky
And felt that she is a butterfly wants to fly
She was staring at those stars
As she was in a magical place

While she was standing under that tree
Like a bird finally became free
She saw that shadow coming near
She was surprised, astonished and worried
He told her no need for fear
Just come near, and he took her between his arms
And held her tight
He was so tender
She felt that she is living in fantasies

Then, he told her it's time to go
But she begged him to stay with her the whole night
He told her I can't, I should leave before the sunshine
Just before I fade
Did you forget that I am a shade?

Suddenly, he disappeared
Leaving her alone in that dark field
And traveled to another place, that cannot be reached
While she was memorizing those moments
She had with that shade
