You threw me out like a piece of trash

Watched it bleed in the palm of your hand

Every morning, I try to start a new
But the memories take me right back to you
That girl has a hold on my heart
It keeps me from moving on
The only other thoughts, are of me and a bottle of pills

It always happens to the hopeless romantic
The man who will treat you right
But now my thoughts are on her, and my finger is on the trigger
