Love with you

With the rays of the dawning sun
A broken hearted lover on a run
Escaping are the happiness from his eyes
What his lover told him was always lies

Memories of his love are vanishing
With each step he is perishing
Running fast and crossing the meadows
What he was running before was a faint rainbow

Tears are making their way
Only grief and sadness is all he had to say

Everyday has the darkness of night
All the happiness standing at a distant sight

Her grace and smiles are opening the wounds

No way to go
No way to hide
Dry are his eyes
Broken is his heart inside

Even knowing his story
He still pray for her eternal glory

Coz his love is true
And i did it with You

    True love...... What a poem.... n wat a idea...

    I always thought in this fast changing developing world... tru love is lost forever.. or on d verge of extinction..

    It's a good concept. And this poem certainly has emotions to touch. Only I think you can structure it in a better way. Just my personal opinion though. Well written.
