He doesn't know the tears I cry
He doesn't know the pain I feel
I can't tell him all this
Because he was the one who broke my heart
We are still friends but I can't tell him the truth
I have to hide the pain and the tears
To save him the torture
I care about him too much to hurt him
If him being happy is what it takes
Then here comes the fake smiles
Here comes the fake happy behavior
He doesn't know I want to scream
He doesn't know I want to run
He doesn't know I still love him....
