Afraid to lose you

Rain pours down and you have not come back
Days go by and the world has gone black
I sit alone in my house thinking about how I might be afraid to lose you.
You said that you would be back soon yet it has been three years
Questions keep coming up.

But now I think I realize what you meant,
When you said that you would be gone
And as darkness takes over God says,
That you won't be back
So now I think that I have really lost you
And all I think about is wanting you back
So if you are alive I want you to hear me,
I'm afraid of losing you.
