MY HEAVENLY FATHERS LOVING ARMS

MARCH 28TH 1990 #44

May I continue to pray, for knowledge, and guidance,
As I walk down my path each day.
So I may stay true to my masters plan,
And never wander astray.

For the path that he leads , for me to follow,
Is more comforting than a mothers breast.
For I am but a babe in his arms,
cradled in his love I do rest.

Lord i am so thankful to even walk behind you,
When before, I could not even crawl.
I pray to stay true, to your plan dear God,
And to hear you when you call.

From your continuous love I have complete trust,
You will keep me from all harms.
For nothing is more comforting, than the gentle embrace,
Of MY HEAVENLY FATHERS LOVING ARMS!

And when you say , do this for me,
Whether it be large or small.
May I take along courage, and wisdom,
To remember , you will catch me if i fall1

And as I land back in your loving arms,
I know you will gently set me down.
For it is still time to do your will,
I thank you for not letting me hit the ground1

But if I get lazy at doing you will,
And with eyes closed I do fall,
Do not catch me , but only touch me,
To remind me not to stall
