Fighting against pain

I fight back when he hits me
my heart wants to still love me
i fihgt back when he screams at me
the tears will dry up
i fight back when he lays next to another girl
but i know he'll end up with me
i fight back when he ignores me
but i know in the back of his mind its killing him
i fight the pain of the bruses
i know they'll heal
