FEB. 7TH 2008 #101

When life takes you places you places,
You never expected to be.
And unfamiliar faces ,
Is all you can see!

When all you've ever wanted,
Was some how left behind!
And only the unexpected
Is all thats on your mind!

When you once again struggle,
For your own value to see!
And hope, is just a memory you once tried to juggle!
Or was it just a dream from the shadows of your memory ?

And then my angel appears,
She searches the mean streets of ST LOUIS to find me once or twice a week. She always knows just what to bring ! A new pair of socks, that always seem to warm my heart even more than they do my feet !
Some clean warm clothes , or a batch of her homemade potato soup.
But before you ever take your first bite, you already know, the main ingredient is love , the greatest kind !Unconditional love !
She always knows how to deliver it with a personal touch ! A hand picked greeting card with a note written inside , or a copy of our daily bread !
She always has an unspoken way of making you want to be a better you ! she brings you hope of a better tomorrow , starting today!
Her name is Peggy Atchison and I love her with all of my heart ! She has known me most of my life , she is the mother of my first girlfriend And even today she'll tell you , It would have been just fine with her had I been her son-in-law !

Peggy , thinking back I can't think of A single time when you weren't there for me!and now that A few years have passed, and I'm doing great you're still always there for me ! If not for you I probably would not have made it through those hard times! You really know how to make a grown man cry ( tears of joy )
So thanks other mom I love you

All my love
Your other son Jim

What a beautiful tribute to your other mom Peggy, I'm sure this must have brought a tear to her eye.
