We of God

by Aaron   May 15, 2008

When God created life, did he envision that the beings that were created would learn to loathe one another?

Did he predict that man would dominate the planet, and envelop laws in their favor?

When God gave birth to man, did he purposely create beings to understand class and rank?

Did he understand that hate would exist between those with power, and those unable to grasp it?

Did God wish for life to be in despair?
Did God intend this path life would follow?
Or did he overlook strifeâ??s involvement in the world?

We are people who are lost,
Forever searching for guidance.
Can we ttrulybelieve the one dead on a Cross?
Or are we alone in this fiction called Life?

We always question, never answered
The path we are sworn to follow.
To live so bound by old tradition,
Too few we seek to find and prosper.

It's time that we, go out and grasp
The answers that been avoiding us.
If life sits back and flow with the current,
We'd be nothing more that its hollowed puppets
