Mother

by brittney perry   May 22, 2008

You said you would be their through thick and thin, but come to find out you left right then.
You said you loved me but not from within.
You said i am your baby girl, but you lied again.
I thought you would give up drinking and fighting, to be with a daughter who is caring and crying.
But one day you will need me and I'll be gone, married and children of my own.
