Silent Scream

by Bill Turner   May 23, 2008

A silent scream emanating in the night
Darkness ripping at my beating heart
Pulling the life from my soul piece by piece
Your touch so many miles away
So alone on this dark day

Your love keeping me going
Pulling me through the blackness
Guiding me like a beacon in the night
Our reunion a glorious thing to see
My burning passion finally set free

Our hands finding each others bodies
Passion and fire burning deep within
A reunion of sighs, thighs and surprise
Kissing each other with the deepest love
Locked on your eyes as you stare at me from above

Cuddling and holding one another into the night
The empty bed a thing of the past
The warmth of your skin against mine
As we cuddle and kiss lost together
Deeply in love, forever

    Bill,
Again, you have piled so much emotion into this poem as well. In my minds eye I believe this to be a personal experience coming from your heart as I know the love you share is genuine. Beautiful, and could only come from a heart that was scared of loneliness and now has a home of comfort.
