Ashley's Poem.

Your eyes are bright,
I see their light.
You calmed me down,
I'd smile not frown.
You made me laugh,
But that's the past.
We used to talk every day,
But then we went our separate ways.
We used to straighten each others hair,
Remember all those laughs we shared?
We had our fights,
But that's just life.
We slowed down,
Just look around.
Everyone has their feuds,
But us, We only had a few.
I cried over you,
Yes, It's true.
Now I'm not allowed to hang out with you,
Yes, I know, It's sad but true.
We were the good guys fighting crime,
Remember those guys we thought were slime?
We talk for real every now and then,
And each time, I ask how you've been.
We still talk while we're in class,
But I just miss those times from the past.
