Distance

by Coinneail   May 28, 2008

I don't know what to do
The distance is what kills me
I wish for that closeness that two feels
Events that over a lifetime reveals
A lifetime of love will always
Find its way into my dreams
Time together can only be viewed
With the happiest emotions that we all seek
I love you
I want you
I need you
That touch you have
Its what I feel in love with
It was your touch, it still is
Being deprived from you is unbearable
I find invisible tears stain just under the skin
They soak up in my desperation to persist
Only your touch can save me
I've tried other manners of cooping
They just don't work
Only you and your touch
That friendship that became more is what I desire
It is you that will cure me
Do you hear me?
Do you understand how this distance kills me too?
I want you, for now, for always
It is now that I believe
I've always felt this for you
Since the moment I began to learn of the true you
It was your touch that captured me
That innocent touch.
