Once Butterfly King
And Caterpillar Queen
One beautiful, resplendent
The other dullest green,,

Sometimes amiable deer
And sullen patriarchal bear,
Sometimes exquisite unicorn
Or olden werewolf there,,

No matter what we are
In our minds
We know who we are
Most times,,

For you are beauty
And I am the beast
And we touch hearts
Wherever paths meet...
