With the winds of change

by Iola   Jun 3, 2008

The wind blows and howls and lifts my feet
From the ground
Into your arms

The wind growls and devours me very discreet
Not to be found once bound
By your charms

The wind tastes and tears the drops of sweat
The drips loudly
From my back

The wind traps but cares and whisper "do not fret"
As it lays me proudly
Onto your lap

The wind roams and rages into a starlit sky
As is pushes
Me to be held

The wind groans through stages as time goes by
And then looses
Its tightened belt

The wind sings and praises love and the living
As it plays a song
For us

The wind blesses all the ancient laws of giving
How can it be wrong?
To still trust

The wind rips and unlocks the life within me
When I am around
Him

The wind fights and box to set my heart free
From my compound
Deep within
