Fallen angel

I am a fallen angel,
who has always been confused
(I've been through pain and suffering)
and have often been used...

I am a fallen angel who has
never understood my emotions...
but then I found you...

You taught me what love is,
You made me realize that it is true
that love is more than just
a feeling you get in your stomach...

It's a passionate emotion
and its a beautiful thing...
love can regain an angels broken wings...
which is why I would like to
express how much I love you...

For all the times I phoned you crying,
for all the times you made me smile...
you made me feel that love is not just
in the eyes of a child...

you make me feel like I am whole
and more than just a
lost and wondering soul,

Usually I'm never at a loss for words,
I really wish that I could explain...
you are the one who makes everything right
and rids me of my pain...

You make me feel beautiful,
You make me feel so happy
I love you with all my heart
For you were my light when I
was lost in the dark.

I don't usually write poems
like this and am finding it really strange...
I am a fallen angel
and would never leave you for anything,
for it is you who regained my
broken wings...
