She Ain't Worth It

by David ODonnell   Jun 9, 2008

I knew you since you were a young boy.
And your getting older by the day.
Your mothers told you a thousand times now.
That youve gone and thrown your life away.

Youve had time to mend your heart wounds.
And you still go around acting so tough.
You want them to like you and play it your way.
And if you get nothing then thats just tough.

You made mistakes but so did eye
Made enough to make you cry
But in your heart still holds a beat
Which keeps you strong and on your feet

A simple lie will help you breath
But its not enough to make you leave
And still you act so big and strong
When life for you turned out so wrong

But she aint worth it anymore
Shes done this to you twice before
Left you broke and left you sore
So she aint worth it anymore
