Endymion

Endymion:

A gap, left searching for pieces of something,
Something magnetic, something so free,
And now, all I can wait for is you,
To find me and gather the pieces of me.

Raindrops of red sheds the coma in my eye,
As I lay paralytic and numb on the bed,
Plea for deliverance, receiving goodbye,
And with that final answer I shall bleed to dead.

So leave, and take with you all that was I,
For nothing resembles the touch of your kill,
So intoxicated, relinquished to die,
You have taken my soul, my passion, my will.

Fly on your black wings, back to your cave,
As I perish without you in a tomb of oblivion,
And as I die, I do so as your slave,
At your service forever my darling Endymion.

Note: In ancient Greek mythology, Endymion was supposed to be the human that the Goddess Helene fell hopelessly in love with. And since my name is Helene that always fascinated me. So.. Here's a poem about it. (:
