At A Loss

Unable to eat
Can not fall asleep
My mind is racing
The rest is just numb
Thoughts of permanent sleep
Yes they're abound
Knowing it's not the answer
I'm smarter than that
The cause of these feelings
I brought upon myself
Trying to hard to make dreams come true
Not allowing the time
Time for them to workout on there own
Watching dreams run away
It's just so hard to take
Hoping things will work out
Now faced with reality
I'm at a loss in what to do
