Cringe

Have you ever looked into someones eyes
Wondering what it is they see
I remember how I looked in yours
And wondered what you saw in me
I remember looking in the mirror
With just some girl staring back
There was so much that I gained from you
But so much more she lacked
You told me she was pretty
But that
I did not believe
And it wasn't long before I realized
Just how much she's be deceived
So now when I look in the mirror
I cringe at her sight
If she's been as pretty as you said
Everything would be alright
Some days I want to break that mirror

Begins to make it's fall
