Run Deep: Part Four

by Sora   Jun 20, 2008

Love has given her wings, so she must fly.
But she's interrupted by all the pain that willl not subside.
She's haunted by all the tears,
But his resentment keeps coming back, trying to interfer.

She feels she's been mistreated and betrayed,
But she'll always detest him for all the sorrow he's caused,
Each and every day.

As her heart gets stronger everyday that passes by,
She realizes, what's the point of all these tears falling from her eyes?
Lips start to tremble, eyes start to gloss,
As she tries to regain her strength of all she's lost.

She knows inside she can do better than the last,
And decides to keep the past, as the past.
She won't let her past effect what's ahead,
And takes everyday, day by day,
Step by step instead.

Yea, I know kinda cheesy right?! well if there's any suggestions on any of the poems please let me know so I can fix them! thanks. and I actually think this poem should have been the last chapter now that i think about it, but let me know if it sounds right or not. thanks again!

Ashlei.
