Eternal

by The Herald   Jun 22, 2008

Eternity created through the endless ways of time

it's mysteries unfolding as the world stops on a dime

that single tiny moment when a person looks at you

and say thee to thineself "love, be thee truly true?"

A glimmer of hope slowly growing daily

feeding on wants and dreams

persons go by singing gaily

unknowning of our plans and schemes

ways to enrapture a companion

a person to share our thoughts with

someone with whom you can be standin'

and again say "love be not myth?!"

but the truth of it is that Eternity comes

and Forever isn't so far away

Never zooms by, and Always too hums

and watches as only Now will stay
