Getting over you

by Jerilyn   Jun 23, 2008

It's gone too far
I need to get over you
Your voice
It rings in my head
I have dreams of you
Your love
Your sweetness
Your kisses
Your Touch
And occasionally, Your Lust
I must quit thinking of you
I must stop
My heart begins to burn
You poisoned it
Your the blame
I'm beginning to get over you
It was hard at first
But soon I'll be free
I won't think of you
Day and night
I'm beginning to want others
I don't need you as much
You told me
You've become desperate
Wanting other's love
That's your problem
Not mine
You don't want me
That's your loss
But never forget
You'll never get another girl that'll make you as happy as I did

Quinton, if you ever read this (which you probably won't) I'm stealing your words. I still love you, just not like I used too. I'll still be your friend, and keep your secrets, even if you don't do the same.
