Leap of Peace

Waves crashing on the jagged rocks
Her mind is reeling from the shock
Looking into the cold abyss
Figuring how it came to this
Wondering how it had all gone wrong
This love she shared with him so long
She has brought this all to an end
A bullet now he's laying dead
To spend her life with out his kiss
The only way is ending this
With her eyes closed she makes the leap
Toward her peace and the endless sleep
A love so true or so she thought
But in the end death is what she sought
