On My Dying Day.

by Spoken Silence   Jul 1, 2008

Tell me you love me once again,
Before I take my final breath in.
As the poison runs through my veins
I silently whisper your name.

Loosing life with myself in your arms,
Is the only place I wish to be.
I'm sorry that this is how it has to end.

I shall always love you, and you must know this.
With every breath I take I say I love you.
The end is coming and I can feel it.
My soul slowly drifting apart from my body.

But my heart still beats.
It beats for you, though am I close to death.
It shall continue beating even if my soul has drifted.
Because it is you that keeps me alive,
Even today on my dying die.
You are my last breath.
My last blimp of an existence.
And you are my first, my last and my only love.
