Awaiting my angel

The eyes so bright that put the sun to shame
Look never at me with more than a glance
Look never deeper into my soul
To see the strength and beauty I do hold

The lips luscious with passion, desire
Whisper no words in my ear of romance
Those heavenly lips, red as hells fire
Never fall from grace to gently kiss mine

The strong, bold hands with a tender touch
With palms that read the story of an angel
Never run their fingers through my hair, nor
