Wishing Well

by Sam Hindmarsh   Jul 5, 2008

(For Chuck)
This poem's for you,
Cause I know that you are true,
You'll be there when I need you.
But never too soon.

You and I were both close,
Until we both broke.
From what was so good and true.
I'm wishing you well.

I'm wishing you well.
Oh, I hope you do well.
Every day we'll all say.
I'm wishing you well.

Good and bad, we'll both meet,
And which one we will greet
No one can tell at all.
Either way we will fall.

I can listen to you.
But you won't listen to,
I will now and allways say
I'm wishing you well.

I'm wishing you well.
Oh, I hope you do well.
Every day we'll all say.
I'm wishing you well.

I will be there for you.
