One must obey the Rules

"Once upon a time"
Four words so overused.
Life is not a story,
and it's meaning's getting bruised.

Much a time is pondered
upon the mythical "meaning of life"
A Beginning. Middle. End.
How can this be right?

Laws, Rules, Status and roles
Thrown upon you as a mass.
Grades, Marks, Money and Fame
To me it is all so fake!

Words, Spelling, Grammer, Conforming
Clothes, Posture, Language, Cloning
Hair, Eyes, Weight and Cheeks
Minds, Ideas and Poems Conforming.

A Poem must Rhyme
Art much look Nice
One must be clean
and talk proper and polite.

"I before E except after C"
An odd rule? Don't you agree?

A Sonnet
A Ballad
A Riddle or two
Following rules... like us fools all do!

Oil Painting
Water
Sculpture called art
Trying to break out....a political dart!

Special? Unique?
Can that be so?
When it comes down to it,
does anyone glow?

Luk abuv 2 tat stanza
c ow it rhymes
now luk at dis 1
and c ow it dont
my gramma all rong
an me spellin a mes
under stand me ye?

so why have all the stress?

"Once upon a Time"
A man made up the rules.
Man followed the rules.
Man dies.

And so this dull story Ends.
And they lived happily ever after?
