Fade away...

I cant do this anymore,
Cant smile and say, "I'm Fine!"
Cant live on this hope
That all I want will one day be mine,
Stuck in a cobweb,
I'm trying to break free,
But everything looks to bleak,
I can barely even see,
Looking for a light,
In the darkness i am in,
Wicked thoughts haunt me,
I know that i have sinned,
Fallen from grace,
Pretending to be strong,
Worn a mask for so long,
My real self, I cant even trace,
I believe in no god,
Yet, i silently pray,
That someday soon like a teardrop,
I too will fade away...
