You

by Manish   Jul 21, 2008

Your voice plays a divine symphony
Makes my heart float like kites in sky
Even your silence hums a novel rythmic tune
As do sweet nightingales in the month of June

Your body luminates and glows my inner soul
Even the shining moon appears to be its faded shadow
Your eyes too deep, want to dive to the end of the hole
Even the mighty oceans shrink, they look too shallow

Your words so strong, as powerful as a mother's lullaby
The tongue rolls to deliver the most mellifluous cadence
Your body so perfect, not even a speck to comment
The aura you bring relaxes me in your glorious presence

Always been tangled in your swiftly moving hair
Fettered in the deep blue eyes that tell a story
Can't blink my eyes, can't miss a chance to see you
Your presence so immortal, etched eternal in memory

This is beautiful. the flow is very elegant and graceful. it's intricate but provides enough simplicity to easily guide the readers feelings. great poems :)

    Manish... Hello...
Just read you poem. Honestly it's very good. Good constructed lines and very meaningful too. But I just want to say one thing more... You should be more careful with punctuations.
'cant miss a chance to see U' rather write like this you should write it this way... 'can't miss a chance to see you'
This will make your poem much more significant t the readers. Just a suggestion. I hope you wouldn't mind. Well written poem though.
