Cerberus

by Spoken Silence   Jul 21, 2008

Cerberus guarder of the gates of Hell,
Passing souls letting them in,
As long as they have the right of sin.
Three headed dog with a tail of a snake,
The worst of all hell-hounds.

Protecter of the gates of Hades,
Ensuring spirits of the dead could enter,
And to never exit again.
One of the layers is where you stay,
Donte's inferno is where you lay.

Orpheus the father of songs,
Would lull you to sleep with his Satanic lullaby.
Hermes would force you to sleep with water from lethe.
For all of these mythological characters cause you to sleep.

Which would stop you from doing your job,
For souls are all you seek.
You are untamable to man.
Unable to escape.
For any sinners sin to commit,
You are their fate.
