Hello Death, Goodbye my Love

by Lena   Jul 21, 2008

Black satin covers the wounded soul

Out stretch arms are just another form of torture

Tears to a smile being strong is the custom she follows

Because the only thing taught is to swallow the feelings drowning her from the inside out

Blackened eyes, bleeding hearts satans way to ruin things

Hope that fades to nothing more than her dreams

Empty reflections show what the world knew

In the darkness hands fold and she prays for an escape that never evolves

Past the blackened heart is just another lonely girl
