Two Sides to Sorrow

by Lena   Jul 21, 2008

In this darkness she findâ??s her self alone

She hid be hide her blade and I covered it with false truths

Hid where all the world sees is fake expressions, because inside sheâ??s losing her self

In this mirror we find ourselves searching

Searching for a little more than nothingness

Constantly she calls it quits, but somewhere she finds the strength to get up again

When thereâ??s no one left to love she finds it within herself to hope for the best

Cold and Fragile sheâ??s somewhere in the shadows where the world says she belongs

With new obstacles, we must pull ourselves together

No one dares to believe in that girl that sits alone

Wading in their own self pity, their afraid

Afraid their be caught in her hopelessness

Down once more where we find our demise

But we hold on for one day for they promise tomorrow brings better endings

Sorrow held in those days we canâ??t bring back weâ??ve grasped for what you believe to be true

And she sincerely hopes that what you believe is worth believing in

Because though sheâ??s only gets more equip to hold back the tears itâ??s still just as painful

On the inside weâ??re all falling apart but like her some people are just good at hiding it

Hiding for the fear that someone will see it as a weakness
