My prince

The prince in my dream is a brother, a friend
and the friendship we made, it sure wont bend
the laughter he gives and smiles we shared
in my heart, will forever remain, i swear!

I still remember the time we set
That moment in my life, i don't regret
the special day when we first met
and the memories we made, i cant forget

he wiped those eyes which always weep,
so manly he is, a knight to keep
but, sad, i could touch only his finger tip
and be with him every-time i go to sleep

So no matter how good he may seem,
That prince i cherished is only a dream
But when i opened my eyes, i saw you
Thus, once in my life, a dream came true

My only prince who made me smile,
gives back my heart, once in a while
though we're given only a minute of two,
the prince in my life is simply "YOU"
