For many years I have lived distraught Never giving a second thought To the many things worth spending quality time Things that I could use as a tool to weave a beautiful song to be sang A candle holding on to a flickering flame One that wishes to do more Such as dance, sway, and swing Begging is the lost whisper heard only in a distant life Come back dear friend, come back! Your losing reality, your losing touch Do not let those things which mean only harm grab a hold of you and tear you apart Light is so close, closer than a hands reach It's already inside you, you must let it speak Bring back from whence you came Fearless, loving, a Lion tamed Remember my name? It's Christopher Wake up... Wake up... We must not lose you again I hear you! I hear you! I have not forgotten Trust in me once more old voice of truth I am ready for our next dance!Written by, Christopher Lee Bennien
