Farewell Dee Dee

by Invited   Jul 30, 2008

' I will wait for you my darling,
If you'll wait for me.'
Will I see your face in the morning?
Of course you will Dee Dee.'

Till death do us part
That's the vow we took
And I shall follow your heart
With a heart-shaped hook.

No good-byes to be grave,
My dear Dee Dee.'
'Do you think I'll be brave?
Be brave just for me.'

If I could go counterclockwise
Would you still be here?
Yes Dee, smiling in your dazzled eyes
Then I shall have nothing to fear.

'Your grave is barely cold,
So with me stay,'
'Then we shall travel the world;
And we shall play.'

Like childish children
We shall revel*
When I called you Seldon
And we got stuck in the well.

*revel-play
