A Place In Your Heart

You used to keep in touch with me,
To sing with me, to be with me,
You went with no one else but me;
A special connection grown between you and I,
A connection that I thought it would never die.

But everything's changed as time goes by;
Now that you're gone in a blink of an eye
Like the star faded by the morning sky,
My heart's crying everyday, every night,
Asking you to come back and hold me tight.

Before, you shed my countless tears,
Made me smile to cover my fears,
And listened up more than your ears;
No wonder why I'm longing for you more,
Though having you is possible no more.

Are you blind enough to see me crying?
Are you deaf enough to hear me calling?
Are you numb enough to feel I'm hurting?
Or maybe it's just me who don't anticipate
The time that love's battling with the Fate.

It may be too good to be true
To love you out of the blue;
But now, you love someone new
And sharing yourself with her tears me apart,
Knowing that I don't have a place in you heart.
