Fear

Heart racing, Tears falling, Eyes burning
My stomach is turning.
Scared to death of being here
You can see it in my every tear.
I turn to run
But i am stopped by someone (a friend)
I yank my arm away
I run and hide
Wishing my love were by my side.
As my love walks down the hall
I hide my head behind a wall.
I run to class crying only a minute to spare
Still every tear that fell resembled my fear.
