The feeling of emptiness,
Barricades my heart.
My soul is pained,
My flesh erodes away.

This deadly feeling,
Kills all that I am.
My mind shatters,
My love doesn't matter.

The last time I cried,
I hit the floor.
You held out your hand,
You helped me stand.

This distance is threatening,
To both of our hearts.
You live so far away,

Everything I see,
Reminds me of you.
My eyes see what they want,
My body is where you haunt.
