Where troubles will come and pass
No matter the troubles we endure
No matter our present or past

We all live to shed tears
From everything that revolves around
we are meant for our dreams to fail
and shatter on the ground

on a moment we will never forget
We are meant to lose our loved ones
But to remember all we regret

Where lies are the truth you see
and no matter how many you've told
you still live this life with me

where all of this will someday pass
and I can say with a smile on my face
I have lived this life at last

The dreams I were once given
forever remain my crowning glory
Proof that my heart is of pure gold
and my breath is but a story

Lying in my final resting place
with flowers laid down to my feet
