She escaped through her wrists

by NobodySpecial   Aug 21, 2008

The rain fell hard, her eyes were cold
Behind the locked door she sat
Silent and motionless
It was so quiet she could hear the drops on the floor
the drops of the end of her life
which held a steady flow out her wrists
A tear fell now, silent but swift
Landing on the floor next to her mixing with blood
She then closed her eyes after taking one last look at her once upon a time life
