Here's to you

by Searching for Guidance   Aug 21, 2008

You are always there for me,
Through all the times a mom should be.
You are there to hug and there to cry,
There to listen and there to pry!
Sometimes I say things that may sound mean,
Sometimes I act like I'm the queen.
Always you are patient, and sure to wait,
For me of course to exaggerate,
Some odd story of what's the matter.
At times it seems mere pointless chatter.
You always support me in all I do,
Even if it's wrong, from your point of view.
But most importantly, you always believe in my cause
To trust in me without so much as a pause.
So mom, I love all the things you do,
But most of all, I love you!

I'll miss you at college mom...
