Spring

In the spring the sun shines bright,
the bloom of flowers is such a lovely sight.
Grass, faded brown, grows quickly green;
Buds in trees are clearly seen.
Roaming birds return to their nest,
all life awakens from winters rest.
My only wish?...is that spring could last forever.
