Hard to survive

by Tangible heartache   Aug 27, 2008

At the age of 8,
This girl lost her father,
Her hearts broken,
Why mend it, why bother?

6 years later,
Still in her depression,
Not smiling nor laughing,
A frown her only expression,

Scars decorate her delicate arms,
Memories from her past,
Tears never shed,
She's falling deeper fast,

At the age of 16,
Sister falls ill,
Thinking it may help,
She gets addicted to pills,

No knowing,
That this mistake,
One wrong,
Is all it takes,

One fatal blow,
Right at the wrist,
Don't worry girl,
You no longer exist,

Don't mourn for her,
Her life was all bad,
Just another emo girl,
Whose life was sad,

She has problems,
But you don't,
So no worries,
I know you won't,

So this girl,
Whose life was full of problems,
But no one to help,
No one to solve them,

Age of 16,
Girl no longer alive,
Problems to hard,
Finding life to hard to survive.
