Life

by Nicole Easton   Sep 1, 2008

It hurts, I scream, I cry.
I vomit, grit my teeth, wish I could die.
They say,"it's okay, every things fine"
But my heads exploding, I'm going out of my mind.
The pain it's intense, to the extreme
"Make it stop, PLEASE", I scream.
They look on, not caring and just give a smile,
"Relax", they say, It'll be over in a short while.
I can't breath, my heads in a spin,
It's coming to an end, a new chapter to begin.
The hurt, it stops, I'm filled with relief,
At last I'm a mother, it's beyond belief.
I see your face, your hands and toes,
And like most others I know,
I'll go through it again if I had to,
Just so I could give birth to you.

Mummy loves you forever and ever
Never forget, never.
