Beauty's Pain

by Marcus blake   Sep 8, 2008

Beauty can kill you it's the pain
You see from her eyes the face of true beauty
Wanting your fantasies trying to make dreams com true
Staring at her form a distance but in perfect view
It's tempting to approach but staying away is best
Don't let love make you think of beauty less
It has the passion the emotion hidden poison
It masquerades as a dream but instead it's a nightmare
Following a already tragic end to near
If I could take any more pain to bear
Your voice would be the only thing I want to hear
While I sit I can only hear you
See you
feel you
Beauty like a disease took over me
I was unable to fully see
How much this was affecting
Me...
I was changing losing myself
With all the tragedy of beauty dealt
I was only left to see her goodbye
Watching her vanish in the distance beyond my sight
I forgot her that day the beauty I died to attain
Leaving a hole of darkness in my heart filled with pain
