Colorful

by Carmen   Sep 14, 2008

Colors willfully sound quietly.

my ears consumed his delicious voice.

summer wasn't lonely,

hearing amazing tones.

clumsily i stumbled

as if the moon had frantically fallen.

i staggered

and slipped into a dream

unintentionally.

performances left me

wanting in a childlike way.

each nice phrase

made me hunger silently.

obvious arrows

across the sky

pointed us together.

i felt foolish,

the way i unintentionally

tripped over feelings.

colors tangle throughout my brain.

hold tightly the moon

before love's lost.
